Emeritus Professor of Public Affairs Rutgers University Professor Evan Stark Ph.D. MSW. will be the keynote speaker at a seminar on coercive control and domestic abuse hosted by Women’s Aid Northern Ireland in July 2016.
Professor Stark is the leading global expert on coercive control in the context of domestic abuse and abuse. The seminar will bring together policy- and decision-makers, practitioners, experts, and voluntary sector workers across a range of sectors to share ideas and learn from each other’s experience.
