The 24 Hour Domestic & Sexual Violence Helpline is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the phone system.
Some calls are being diverted to voice mail automatically rather than going through to a Helpline worker. This is being dealt with and the problem should be resolved within 4 weeks (start of June 2015). Until this happens we would ask for your patience and also ask that you leave a message if you can when prompted to do so and a Helpline worker will return your call at a safe time.
